چکیده
Datura stramonium belladona alkaloid ailesinin bir üyesi olan halüsinojenik bitkidir. Fazla miktarda al?nd???nda halüsinasyon, ajitasyon ve deliryuma neden olabilir. Genellikle kurutulmu? yapraklar?ndan haz?rlanan sigaralar ast?m bron?it tedavisi için kullan?l?rken, tohumlar? akne, egzema, hemoroid tedavisinde antispazmotik amaçl? oral yolla al?nmaktad?r. Tedavi amac?yla bilinçsiz kullan?m?, kazara g?da olarak kullan?m? veya halusinojen etkilerinden yararlanmak kötüye kullan?lmas? sonucu ölümcül olabilecek antikolinerjik toksisiteye olabilmektedir. Bu yaz?da da yap?lan dolma yeme?i yedikten sonra ciltte k?zar?kl?k deliryum ile hastaneye getirilen toksisitesine maruz kalan çocuk hasta sunulmu?tur. Nedeni bilinmeyen bulgularla ba?vuran hastalar?n öyküsünde toksik etkili ilaç, madde bitki al?m? mutlaka sorgulanmal?d?r.
